It’s about working smarter, not harder, and feeling more in control of your life.

I’m always busy. How do I make time for therapy and make it effective for my needs?
I understand that your schedule is demanding. Therapy doesn’t have to be a big time commitment, and we’ll tailor your sessions to fit your needs. We can meet virtually or in-person, and I offer flexible scheduling to make it as convenient as possible for you. The key is finding the right time to prioritize your mental health, and we’ll make that happen.
I’ve tried therapy before but didn’t feel it helped. How is your approach different?
I take a holistic, customized approach to therapy that’s tailored to your unique needs and goals. I’m not here to offer generic solutions—I work with you to develop a plan that fits your life and challenges. My background in both traditional therapy and Equine-Assisted Therapy means I can offer a variety of techniques to help you achieve lasting results.
How do I know if I need therapy, or if I can handle things on my own?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like something’s holding you back—even when you’re achieving success—therapy can help. It’s not about "fixing" yourself, but about gaining insight, building resilience, and unlocking your full potential. If you're questioning whether you need support, it's a good sign that therapy could provide the clarity you need.
What kind of results can I expect from therapy, and how soon will I see changes?
The results of therapy depend on your unique needs and goals. Some clients experience meaningful changes within a few sessions, while for others, deeper transformation takes time. I’m committed to working with you on a timeline that feels right for you, and together we’ll measure progress as we go. You’ll leave each session with tools and insights that empower you to make lasting changes.
How often should I schedule therapy sessions to see real progress while managing my busy schedule?
To see real progress while balancing your demanding schedule, I recommend starting with weekly sessions. This frequency allows us to build momentum, address challenges as they arise, and make steady progress toward your goals. However, I understand how busy life can get, so if weekly sessions aren’t always feasible, biweekly sessions can still be effective. We’ll adjust the frequency to what works best for your needs and commitments, ensuring you get the support you need without feeling overwhelmed.
What is the typical duration of each therapy session, and how long will I need to commit to see meaningful results?
A typical therapy session is 55 minutes, which allows us to dive deep into the issues that matter most to you and make real progress. However, I understand that sometimes life can get hectic, so I also offer 30-minute sessions occasionally if you need a shorter check-in.
As for how long you'll need to commit to see meaningful results, it really depends on your goals and challenges. Many clients start noticing positive changes within a few weeks, but lasting transformation often takes a few months. We’ll work together to determine a timeline that feels right for you, with flexibility to adjust as you make progress.
How much do therapy sessions cost, and are there payment plans or packages available to fit my budget?
Each therapy session is $150, but I understand that investing in your mental health is a big decision. If cost is a concern, don’t hesitate to reach out—let’s chat and explore options that can work for your budget. I’m committed to making therapy accessible and will do my best to find a solution that helps you get the support you need without added stress.
Do you accept insurance, or can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for therapy services?
Currently, I accept CDPHP insurance, and I’m actively working to accept many other insurance providers as well. In the meantime, I can also accept any major debit or credit card for payment. Additionally, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you can use those for therapy services as well. Let’s discuss what works best for you and your financial needs!
What’s the best way to get started with therapy, and how soon can we begin working together to address my needs?
The best way to get started is simple—just hit the "Book a Session Today" button at the top of the page! Once you do, we’ll schedule a time that works for you to begin working together on your unique needs. I’m here to support you every step of the way, and we can get started as soon as you’re ready.
What is your policy on cancellations or rescheduling, especially given my hectic work schedule?
I completely understand that your schedule can be unpredictable, so I try to be as flexible as possible. I do ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, there will be a 50% late cancellation fee. This allows me to manage my schedule and offer the best service to all of my clients. If something urgent comes up, just let me know, and we can work together to find the best solution!
